By accessing or using Lovatar AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lovatar AI. Lovatar AI is a platform intended for adults seeking romantic connections. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Lovatar AI to harass, impersonate, or harm other users; to upload illegal, offensive, or misleading content; to attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform; or to use automated means to access the service without permission. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the profile information you provide to train your avatar.
Avatar and AI Features
Your Lovatar avatar is an AI representative built from the personality and communication preferences you provide during onboarding. After a mutual like, your avatar begins conversing with other users' avatars automatically — before either person has typed a word. You remain responsible for the profile information you provide. Lovatar AI does not guarantee specific match outcomes, and AI-generated conversations are probabilistic by nature. You step into direct chat only when both sides have shown genuine potential, at your own discretion.
Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with the platform policies of the App Store or Google Play.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology on Lovatar AI is owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate and improve the service.
Disclaimers
Lovatar AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovatar AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Lovatar AI will be resolved in accordance with that law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes.
